HONOLULU, Hawaii -- Gregory Lovell (center), a recently retired Pacific Ocean Division (POD) civilian, received the Superior Civilian Service Award during a ceremony March 6, 2019, for his steadfast service as the command's regional internal review officer, from November 2010 through January 2019. Lovell also served multiple times in Afghanistan. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Deputy Chief of Engineers and Deputy Commanding General, Maj. Gen. Michael Wehr, (left), along with POD Commanding General, Brig. Gen. Thomas Tickner (right), presented the award.
