Gen. Michael Wehr (left), along with POD Commanding General, Brig. Gen. Thomas Tickner (second to right), March 6, 2019. The recognition was presented for his support and assistance during multiple hurricanes, to include Harvey, Irma and Maria from August 2017 through November of that same year.
