Tolon Gasiev holds out an old newspaper Jan. 16, 2012, while taking a seat in the Emgekchil School gymnasium during an Operation Warm and Dry Distribution in Sary-Oi, Kyrgyzstan. Gasiev was the Emgekchil School director for more than 20 years and the paper had an article about him. Gasiev’s son and granddaughter received coats during the distribution.
