Staff Sgt. Patrick Maciejewski arranges winter coats with other volunteers from the 376th Air Expeditionary Wing at Lenin School No. 4 Balykchy, Kyrgyzstan, Jan. 15, 2012, during the largest Operation Warm and Dry distribution this year. More than 1,000 coats and 200 blankets were given to Kyrgyz citizens at two locations in Balykchy during a five-day mission in the Issyk-Kul region. Maciejewski is the social cultural non-commissioned officer in charge of the 376th Theater Security Cooperation division and is deployed here from Scott Air Force Base, Ill.
