Capt. Mike Reimers hangs up an Operation Warm and Dry banner Jan. 16, 2012, on a fence in front of Emgekchil School in Sary-Oi, Kyrgyzstan. The distribution of winter coats and blankets was conducted during a five-day mission to the Issyk-Kul region of Kyrgyzstan, and more than 50 zirmen from the 376th Air Expeditionary Wing at the Transit Center at Manas volunteered their time to support. Reimers is the contracting officer for the 376th Air Expeditionary Wing Theater Security Cooperation division deployed from Geilenkirchen Air Base, Germany.
