More than 1,000 coats and 200 blankets were given to Kyrgyz citizens at two locations in Balykchy during a five-day mission in the Issyk-Kul region. Pogrebnyak is a Russian translator with the 376th Air Expeditionary Wing Theater Security Cooperation division deployed from Creech Air Force Base, Nev., and Redden is the 376th TSC superintendent deployed here from Scott AFB, Ill.
