Lt. j.g. Andrew Lewis, assigned military detachment aboard High Speed Vessel Swift, entertains a child as he waits to be fitted for a new wheelchair with Kelsey Stewart and Alicia Fairhurst, physical therapy graduate students from California State University at Northridge. Service members from Swift worked with the students from Northridge at Hope Haven Guatemala to provide customized wheelchairs to children. The subject matter exchange was part of HSV-Southern Partnership Station 2012. HSV-SPS is an annual deployment to build partnerships in the Caribbean and Latin America.
