Spc. Evan Marcy, a combat veteran formerly with 55th Signal Company, and Alyn Zamudio, a physical therapy graduate student from California State University, at Northridge, assists a patient in a newly customized wheelchair. Marcy worked with the students from Northridge at Hope Haven Guatemala to provide customized wheelchairs to children and assistance to those patients who have physical and mental disabilities such as scoliosis and cerebral palsy.
