    A Coast Guard crewmember standing aboard the commercial fishing vessel Capt. Raleigh gives directions to the coxswain of the 52-foot Motor Life Boat Triumph II, during a towing evolution inside Skipanon Marina in Warrenton, Ore., Feb. 7, 2019.
