    The commercial fishing vessel Capt. Raleigh is maneuvered toward a dock in the Skipanon Marina, located in Warrenton, Ore., after being towed in by the Coast Guard crew aboard the 52-foot Motor Life Boat Triumph II, Feb. 7, 2019.

    The Capt. Raleigh is a 112 gross ton, 72-foot commercial fishing vessel based in Astoria, Ore.
