    The crew aboard the 52-foot Motor Life Boat Triumph II, from Coast Guard Station Cape Disappointment, tows the 72-foot commercial fishing vessel Capt. Raleigh, up the Columbia River near Hammond, Ore., Feb. 7, 2019.

    The Triumph II crew completed the 9-hour tow of the Capt. Raleigh, a 112-ton fishing vessel out of Astoria, Ore., overnight after receiving the call for help at 10:55 p.m., Feb. 6.
