    The crew aboard the 52-foot Motor Life Boat Triumph II, from Coast Guard Station Cape Disappointment, completes the 9-hour tow of the commercial fishing vessel Capt. Raleigh inside the Skipanon Marina in Warrenton, Ore., Feb. 7, 2019.

    The tow was conducted approximately 3 miles off-shore of Cannon Beach, Ore., and Skipanon Marina.
