A person dressed in a full Santa Claus costume walks along a wet dock or pier in front of a large vessel marked with the hull number 755. The overcast, rainy conditions suggest a winter or holiday season event at a military or coast guard facility. Orange Appleton-branded crane equipment is visible on the deck of the vessel.

During the cutter’s first operational patrol, Munro’s law enforcement teams conducted 10 at-sea inspections of foreign flagged fishing vessels on the high seas to counter illegal, unregulated, and unreported fishing practices in the Western and Central Pacific Fisheries Commission area.
