Mr. Vogel is overall in charge of federal agencies responding to the response and recovery efforts in the U.S. Virgin Islands due to Hurricanes Irma and Maria. Jackson spent Nov. 7-8 on St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, reviewing recovery efforts from hurricanes Irma and Maria and visiting with deployed Corps employees who are assisting those efforts.
