U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS - Maj. Gen. Ed Jackson, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Deputy Commanding General for Civil and Emergency Operations, and others on the temporary emergency power mission at the incident support base, or ISB, where the distribution and maintenance of temporary generators is coordinated for the island of St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands, November 8, 2017. Jackson spent Nov. 7-8 on St. Croix reviewing recovery efforts from hurricanes Irma and Maria and visiting with deployed Corps employees who are assisting those efforts.
