Robert Clark and a contractor who is installing temporary roofs, commonly known as Operation Blue Roof, on the island of St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands, November 8, 2017. Jackson spent Nov. 7-8 on St. Croix reviewing recovery efforts from hurricanes Irma and Maria and visiting with deployed Corps employees who are assisting those efforts.
