Ed Jackson, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Deputy Commanding General for Civil and Emergency Operations, visited the Joint Field Office and Recovery Field Office on St. Croix, Nov. 7, 2017. Jackson spent Nov. 7-8 on St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, reviewing recovery efforts from hurricanes Irma and Maria and visiting with deployed Corps employees who are assisting those efforts.
