April 21 in Salman Pak local Iraqis turned in a large collection of weapons and ammunition to the Iraqi police and members of Task Force Baghdad. The weapons consisted of 45 anti-personnel mines, a 14.7 mm anti-aircraft gun with 37 cases of ammunition, two rocket launchers with eight 3-inch rockets. The cache was secured by Iraqi police until an explosive ordnance disposal team destroyed all the weapons and explosives with a controlled detonation.
