U.S. Army Command Sgt. Maj. Marvin L. Hill, International Security Assistance Force/U.S. Forces Afghanistan, congratulates U.S. Navy Chief Simeon Cadavos following a re-enlistment ceremony at ISAF Headquarters in Kabul, Afghanistan, Oct. 30, 2011. Cadavos, a native of the Philippines, is deployed from 11th Dental Company in Iwakuni, Japan. Marine Corps Gen. John R. Allen, commander of NATO and ISAF troops in Afghanistan also re-enlisted U.S. Army Sgt. Antoinette Ray, U.S. Navy HM2 Neil Oliver, and U.S. Navy MA2 (AW) Gonzalo S. Torres Jr., all of which are currently deployed to Regional Command-Capital in the Greater Kabul area of Afghanistan.
