Marine Corps Gen. John R. Allen, commander of NATO and International Security Assistance Force troops in Afghanistan, talks to a gathering of troops about the significance of the U.S. armed forces re-enlistment ceremony prior to re-enlisting three U.S. sailors and one soldier during an Oct. 30, 2011, ceremony at ISAF Headquarters in Kabul, Afghanistan. Allen re-enlisted U.S. Navy Chief Simeon Cadavos, U.S. Army Sgt. Antoinette Ray, U.S. Navy HM2 Neil Oliver, and U.S. Navy MA2 (AW) Gonzalo S. Torres Jr., all of which are currently deployed to Regional Command-Capital in the Greater Kabul area of Afghanistan.
