Marine Corps Gen. John R. Allen, commander of NATO and International Security Assistance Force troops in Afghanistan, congratulates U.S. Navy MA2(AW) Gonzalo S. Torres Jr., following his re-enlistment ceremony held Oct. 30, 2011 at ISAF Headquarters in Kabul, Afghanistan. Torres, a native of Richmond, Texas, is deployed as an individual augmentee from Strategic Communications Wing 1, Tinker Air Force Base, Okla. Allen also re-enlisted U.S. Navy Chief Simeon Cadavos, U.S. Army Sgt. Antoinette Ray, U.S. Navy HM2 Neil Oliver, all of which are currently deployed to Regional Command-Capital in the Greater Kabul area of Afghanistan.
