Air Force Pararescue Jumper trainees participate in the water confidence introductory course Aug. 16, at Lackland Air Force Base, Texas. During this course, trainees learn mask and snorkel recovery, buddy breathing, and other techniques. PJ introductory training includes physiological training, obstacle course, marches, dive physics, dive tables, metric manipulations, medical terminology, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, weapons qualifications, PJ history and leadership reaction course.
