An Air Force Pararescue Jumper does flutter kicks prior to getting in the pool during a water confidence introductory course, Aug. 16, 2011, at Lackland AFB, Texas. The PJ indoctrination course at Lackland AFB, Texas, is nine weeks long and consists of intense physical and mental training requirements. Their motto "That Others May Live" reaffirms the pararescueman's commitment to saving lives and self-sacrifice.
