Army Sgt. 1st Class Robert Garnsey, center, administers an epinephrine auto-injector as Navy Commander David Boyd observes ready to assist in the Savannakhet province, Lao People's Democratic Republic. Garnsey and Boyd are medical personnel deployed with the Joint POW/MIA Accounting Command out of Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii. Both men are aiding in the recovery efforts attempting to recover service members missing from the Vietnam War. The mission of JPAC is to achieve the fullest possible accounting of all Americans missing as a result of our nation's past conflicts.
