Andy Gruendel, a senior military intelligence analyst with MYMIC LLC, a technology company based out of Portsmouth, Va., assists guardsmen from 2nd Battalion, 151st Infantry Regiment, Indiana National Guard, as they train with a human immersion combat simulator that uses stress inoculation to improve performance in stressful environments at Camp Atterbury Joint Maneuver Training Center, Sept. 12, in which goggles worn by each soldier put them in a simulated combat environment. The training was a part of Bold Quest, a multi-national training exercise involving military members from 13 NATO countries from around the world.
