Coast Guard 13th District Master Petty Officer Jason Wong, on-coming command master chief, Rear Adm. David Throop, commander, and Master Chief Petty Officer Sean McPhilamy, off-going command master chief, participate in a change-of-watch ceremony held in Seattle, July 9, 2018.

During the ceremony, Throop presided over Wong's relief of McPhillamy.
