Coast Guard 13th District Rear Adm. David Throop, commander, Master Chief Petty Officer Sean McPhilamy, off-going command master chief, and Master Chief Petty Officer Jason Wong, on-coming command master chief, bow their heads during a change-of-watch ceremony held in Seattle, July 9, 2018.
During the ceremony, Wong officially assumed the duties of the district command master chief from McPhilamy, who will assume the duties as the command master chief for the Coast Guard Director of Operational Logistics in Norfolk, Va.
