Humacao, Puerto Rico, June 20, 2018 - Emergency Management personnel from the municipality of Humacao unload pallets as part of the Points of Distribution training. The exercise was carried out in the municipality in a collaborative effort between local Emergency Management Offices, the Puerto Rico Bureau of Emergency Management and FEMA, with the purpose of establishing a protocol to distribute commodities in the event of a future disaster.
