Humacao, Puerto Rico, June 20,2018 - Emergency Management Directors from different municipalities load a car with food and water as part of a Points of Distribution exercise. Members of seven municipalities were part of this training with the purpose to establish a protocol to distribute commodities in the event of a future disaster, in a collaborative effort between local Emergency Management Offices, the Puerto Rico Bureau of Emergency Management and FEMA.
