Humacao, Puerto Rico, June 20, 2018 - A member of the Puerto Rico Army National Guard talks with Emergency Management Directors from different municipalities as part of a Points of Distribution training. The exercise was carried out in a collaborative effort between local Emergency Management Offices, the Puerto Rico Bureau of Emergency Management and FEMA, with the purpose to establish a protocol to distribute commodities in the event of a future disaster.
