Humacao, Puerto Rico, June 20, 2018 - Members of the Puerto Rico Army National Guard provide a Points Of Distribution training exercise to Emergency Management Directors of different Municipalities from the East Coast of Puerto Rico. The exercise was carried out in a collaborative effort between local Emrgency Management Offices, the Puerto Rico Bureau of Emergency Management and FEMA, with the purpose of establishing a protocol to distribute commodities in the event of a future disaster.
