Will Boyd, a videographer with FEMA, gets footage of flooded areas over the North Carolina coastline. The initial damage assessment was flown aboard a UH-60 Black Hawk by the 3rd Combat Aviation Brigade out of Fort Stewart, Ga. The aviation unit is conducting defense support of civil authorities in response to Hurricane Irene in coordination with U.S. Army North and U.S. Northern Command.
