Command Sgt. Maj. Rocky Carr, incoming command sergeant major of the 21st Theater Sustainment Command, addresses attendees, during a change of responsibility ceremony, May 18, at Daenner Kaserne, in Kaiserslautern, Germany.
Carr assumed responsibility as the two-star command's senior enlisted advisor from Command Sgt. Maj. Alberto Delgado. Carr becomes the command's 17th command sergeant major. Delgado will assume responsibility of command sergeant major for U.S. Army North, a three-star command.
