Maj. Gen. Steven A. Shapiro, 21st TSC commanding general, hands Command Sgt. Maj. Rocky Carr, incoming command sergeant major of the 21st Theater Sustainment Command, the command's guidon, during a change of responsibility ceremony, May 18, at Daenner Kaserne, in Kaiserslautern, Germany.
Command Sgt. Maj. Alberto Delgado (right) relinquished responsibility as the two-star command's senior enlisted advisor to Command Sgt. Maj. Rocky Carr, who becomes the command's 17th command sergeant major. Delgado will assume responsibility of command sergeant major for U.S. Army North, a three-star command. Carr comes to the 21st TSC after serving as the command sergeant major for 409th Contracting Support Brigade.
