    Across the Southwest border, there are more than 100 miles of legacy pedestrian barrier in need of replacement – like this landing mat barrier. DHS’s FY 2017 and FY 2018 Enacted Appropriations fund replacement of a substantial portion of this legacy barrier, some of which is already underway, Arizona.
