Capt. Christian Bono, information operations officer, 1st Squadron, 38th Cavalry Regiment, 525th Battlefield Surveillance Brigade, talks to English-speaking students who attended the ribbon cutting ceremony for the new boys’ school in Weesh, Afghanistan, June 12.
