KADENA AIR BASE, OKINAWA, Japan – Cpl. Hunter Gullick and Military Working Dog Shiva play fetch Feb. 13 at the Marine Corps Installations Pacific K-9 kennels on Kadena Air Base, Okinawa, Japan. Gullick and Shiva play fetch to build rapport to ensure the dog team has a strong bond. It is imperative that dog handlers build a strong relationship based on trust so the teams can effectively keep MCIPAC safe and narcotic free.
