Hurricanes Irma and Maria sank many vessels in Puerto Rico's waters in September 2017. The Corps of Engineers is the Federal Emergency Management Agency's lead for disposal of debris, including dozens of watercraft pulled from Puerto Rico's waters by the Coast Guard.
