Military medical personnel are loading or unloading a patient on a litter/stretcher into or out of a large military cargo aircraft, likely a C-130 or similar transport. Multiple service members in various uniforms — including Air Force ABUs, Marine Corps MARPAT, and tan flight suits — are coordinating the medical evacuation (medevac) operation. The scene appears to be taking place on a flight line at dusk or dawn in an arid environment.
