    Senior Airman Mike Johnson, 451st Expeditionary Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron Detachment 1 Contingency Aeromedical Staging Facility, aerospace medical technician, instructs a litter crew which patient they should transport next from an ambulance bus at Camp Bastion, Afghanistan onto a C-130 Hercules. The CASF team is responsible for taking care of and transporting patients from the staging facility and role hospital to aircraft who are then transported to the next level of medical care. Airman Johnson is deployed from the Minneapolis-St.Paul Air Reserve Station, Minn.
