Military personnel in flight suits and combat uniforms are gathered at the rear cargo ramp of a large military transport aircraft, likely a C-130 Hercules, on a tarmac at what appears to be a forward operating base or desert airfield. A white bus marked with a Red Cross symbol is parked adjacent to the aircraft, suggesting a medical evacuation or aeromedical transport operation. The scene is lit by low-angle golden light consistent with early morning or late evening conditions.
