YOKOSUKA Japan (Jan. 8, 2018) – The U.S. 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19) rises to ocean level as it prepares to leave Dry Dock 6 at Fleet Activities (FLEACT) Yokosuka following an extensive maintenance period. FLEACT Yokosuka provides, maintains, and operates base facilities and services in support of U.S. 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, 71 tenant commands and 26,000 military and civilian personnel.
