U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. David Terrinoni, chaplain, offers an invocation at the beginning of the Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa change of command ceremony May 19. During the ceremony, U.S. Navy Rear Admiral Michael Franken took command of CJTF-HOA, succeeding U.S. Navy Rear Admiral Brian Losey, who held the position from March 2010 to May 2011.
