Three ceremonial sideboys stand at attention while waiting for the official party to arrive at the Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa Change of Command ceremony May 19. The term "sideboys" derives from the early days of sailing and refers to sailors designated to pull passengers aboard a ship via chair hoist. U.S. Navy Rear Adm. Michael Franken relieved U.S. Navy Rear Admiral Brian Losey as the CJTF commander.
