Col. Robert Paoletti, commander of the 49th Military Police Brigade, California Army National Guard, presents brigade coins to Pfc. Danielle Franks and Spc. Ruben Vargas of the 1040th Quartermaster Company, and Sgt. Carrie Bautista and Pfc. Jesh Escamilla of the 340th Brigade Sustainment Battalion, Soldiers who performed beyond what was asked of them during the 2017 Northern California wildfires.
