U.S. Air Force flight nurses and aeromedical evacuation technicians with the 514th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron (AES), 514th Air Mobility Wing, prepare to catch fellow Airmen sliding off the wing during a simulated ground fire on a KC-135R Stratotanker with the 77th Air Refueling Squadron (ARS), 916th Air Refueling Wing, at St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, Aug. 26, 2017.
