    U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Marquis D. Waters, Aeromedical Evacuation Technician, 514th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron (AES), 514th Air Mobility Wing, assembles a stanchion litter system for patient litters on a KC-135R Stratotanker with the 77th Air Refueling Squadron (ARS), 916th Air Refueling Wing, at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J, for an aeromedical evacuation training mission to St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, Aug. 25, 2017.
