A sailor operates a yellow deck tractor/aircraft tow vehicle on the wet flight deck of a U.S. Navy aircraft carrier. The carrier's island superstructure is visible in the background, along with multiple parked military aircraft. The overcast sky and wet deck surface suggest recent rain or sea spray conditions.

The ship is underway conducting a composite training unit exercise (COMPTUEX) with its carrier strike group in preparation for an upcoming deployment.
