Three military personnel, appearing to be U.S. Navy officers, are crouched in what looks like a ship's mechanical or engineering space. The person on the right, wearing a green flight suit with patches and a black cap with gold insignia, is holding an illuminated flashlight and appears to be inspecting equipment. The other two individuals in navy blue coveralls are engaged in discussion, with one gesturing toward a system of pipes and valves.

PACIFIC OCEAN (Aug. 5, 2017) Rear Adm. Steve Koehler, right, commander of Carrier Strike Group (CSG) 9, and Cmdr. Marc Deltete, commanding officer of the guided-missile destroyer USS Higgins (DDG 76), inspect an engine room during a routine tour of the vessel. Higgins is part of the Theodore Roosevelt Carrier Strike Group, which is underway conducting a composite training unit exercise (COMPTUEX) in preparation for an upcoming deployment. COMPTUEX tests a carrier strike group’s mission-readiness and ability to perform as an integrated unit through simulated real-world scenarios.
