    Patients from Suriname disembark from a CH-46E Sea Knight transport helicopter assigned to Marine Medium Helicopter Squadron 774 for medical care aboard the multi-purpose amphibious assault ship USS Iwo Jima. The assigned medical and engineering staff embarked aboard Iwo Jima are working with partner nations to provide medical, dental, veterinary and engineering assistance in eight countries.
